Subject: BP Sports Oasis Project

Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada

Honourable Prime Minister:

I congratulate the Conservative Party for its re-election on May 2, 2011. Mr. Harper, as juvenile delinquency increases every day in the country, just like gangrene, it would be good for our society that your government declare war on delinquency. However, to improve the current situation, we must have the means; therefore, political will is necessary for that purpose. So, this comes under your jurisdiction. Consequently, I want to propose an interesting solution that deserves to be taken into account by your government, because it is obvious that it would be highly appreciated by Canadian society: transfer 1% only of the annual military budget devoted to war. This money would be invested in various youth training movements, such as scouting, to reform the juvenile mentality that was once much more focused on respect for the knowledge of good and for positive authority. Moreover, this would be done by teaching them the moral values of the past, while living good times in different BP Sports Oasises affiliated with certain national parks in Canada, thereby improving the Canadian economy due to this interesting tourist attraction that is Kim’s game, and all the while exercising, as is explained in the site-www.BP-sportsoasis.com.

In principle, this economic, touristic and humanitarian project should be realized during your term as Prime Minister of Canada. Accordingly, I urge you Mr. Prime Minister, to ensure that your Government adopts a positive attitude toward this wonderful project that is the BP Sports Oasis. As a result, Canadian citizens will be pleased with this good deed (BA-“bonne action” in French) needed to improve the lives of youth across the country. It is evident that juvenile delinquency will decrease and will improve in the future. Thus, we will recover more than our investment as we effect savings in the prison sector by reducing crime in Canada, and improve the health of many people due to exercise practiced in the BP Sports Oasis. What do you think of this?

Sincerely,
