Mr. Cronk

July 7th, 2010

Mr. William F. "Rick" Cronk, President of the World Scout Committee
Subject: Movement Economy

Dear Mr. Cronk:

I am writing to you as a Queen's Scout (1958) who was an affiliated member of the Canada Boy Scouts Association from 1954 to 1960, a member of the local Former Boy Scouts Association, as well as President of BP-Sportsoasis Inc.

In 2006, I initiated a project called the Baden-Powell Scout Palace, the purpose of which was to organize, through the Internet, a worldwide fraternity of former scouts and use this venue to improve the financial situation of the Scouts Movement. Within this notion, I planned the sale of twelve certificates; by using a completely transparent concept, part of the revenues generated by these sales would be donated to the Movement as well as to certain other humanitarian organizations.

Furthermore, I have developed the Lake Témis BP Sports Oasis to help improve the regional economy for the legendary Republic of Madawaska. In view of this activity, seven certificates will be sold for outdoor excursions with Kim's game, as well as a BP Town Tour certificate that would, in itself, generate a lot of money for the Movement.

Also, for the purpose in hand, a letter was sent to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Chief Scout of the World, on July 7, 2009, to inform her about the Baden-Powell Virtual Scout Palace. Subsequently, I received a positive reply on July 21, 2009, from Mrs. Sonia Bonici, main correspondence clerk. Her Majesty concluded her letter as follows: "Meanwhile, I extend my best wishes for the continuous success of your project." Her Majesty would certainly be happy to hear about your participation in this great humanitarian and economic project.

Consequently, it is appropriate and important for the Movement that you take the time to read about this great humanitarian project at www.BP-sportsoasis.com, since it is up to your Association to make a decision for this potential affiliation with BP-Sportsoasis Inc. for a better global economy for the Movement. I would thereby need an answer from you before August 14, 2010.

If you decide to respond favorably, I will keep the formula and aspect of the BP-Sportsoasis web site as is. In the event of an unfavorably response, the formula and aspect will be changed and part of the money will still be donated to the Scout Movement.

However, it is important that the leaders of the Scout Movement act positively in a spirit of collaboration because this is their chance to improve the economy of the Movement and promote universal scouting brotherhood.

Best regards and May God bless you,

Mr Cronk, following the response from Her Majesty regarding the project described below, I would like to inform you that it would be preferable if this project was sponsored by the World Scout Association. Consequently, I would invite you to read about it in the “Kamp-à-Ti-ri” annex of the project that is mentioned in the letter sent to Her Majesty; you can read this letter, as well as the reply, in the “My Story” section of the project’s phase 3.

This project will bring in 65% of the profits for the Scout Association of the country where the painting entitled “Activité au camp” will be sold, 25% of all countries for the World Scout Association and 10% to Scout Palace Inc.

However, it is obvious that for such a project, the co-operation of the World and Canadian Scout Association would be greatly appreciated. The members of this association will have to listen to reason, take their responsibility and act accordingly to improve the financial situation of the Scout Movement for a better fulfillment of our youths on a global level.

 Open Letter

August 20, 2010

Mr. William F. “Rick” Cronk, President of the World Scout Committee

Subject: Affiliation

Dear Mr. Cronk:

All the work involved in developing the www.BP-sportsoasis.com project (Phases 1,2,3) is done in view of improving the scout movement on a global scale; it is thus regrettable that as of August 14, 2010, I have not received any reply from the director of the Canada Boy Scout Association, Mr. Rob Stewart, nor from you, Mr. Cronk. Neither of you has responded to the opportunity offered to you on July 7, 2010, regarding an affiliation with BP-Sportsoasis Inc. which would involve much needed monetary benefits for the movement.

Therefore, considering my great love for the Boy Scouts movement, I am offering you one last 60-day extension, namely until October 18, 2010, to reply to this letter. Consequently, you must drop any prejudices you might have towards this project, take the time to look into it and give me your answer before the aforementioned date. Thank you for your attention to this letter.

Kind regards and may God bless you,

Donald G. Plourde
